How do I get a price quote?
Use the quote form on any page or call our 24/7 line. Tell us the pickup, drop-off, date, time, and passenger count. We respond with a confirmed flat price — typically within the hour, around the clock.
Is the price really flat? Are tolls and wait time extra?
Your confirmed quote is the price you pay. Standard airport wait time (30 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international) and tolls on the standard route are included. Extra stops or major route changes are priced upfront, never invented on the invoice.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to worry about. Every airport reservation includes complimentary flight tracking — your chauffeur's arrival adjusts automatically to your aircraft's actual landing time, at no extra charge.
How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers and corporate rides, 24 hours ahead is comfortable, though we accommodate same-day requests whenever a vehicle is available. Weddings and prom dates should be reserved weeks to months ahead — peak Saturdays sell out.
What vehicles do you operate?
We operate late-model luxury SUVs seating up to six or seven passengers with luggage. As we grow, additional vehicle classes will join the fleet — join our mailing list or check back for updates.
Do you operate overnight and on holidays?
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a live dispatcher answering the phone at all hours. Pre-dawn departures and midnight arrivals are everyday work for us.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Connecticut — Hartford, New Haven, Fairfield County, the shoreline and beyond — plus New York City and the metro area. We serve BDL, JFK, LGA, EWR, HPN, and Teterboro daily. For trips outside this area, ask; we regularly arrange longer transfers.
Do you take trips outside Connecticut and New York?
Yes. Long-distance, point-to-point trips to neighboring states are a regular part of our work: Boston and Logan Airport, all of New Jersey including Newark and Teterboro, Rhode Island, the Hamptons, and Philadelphia. Can you provide child seats?
Yes. Tell us the children's ages when you book and we'll have appropriate seats installed before pickup.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards; corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing. Payment is settled at the quoted price — gratuity policies are stated clearly on your confirmation, so there's no awkward math at the curb.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard point-to-point reservations can be cancelled with reasonable notice at no charge; the exact window is stated on your written confirmation before you commit. Event and wedding bookings have their own terms, provided upfront.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and background-checked?
Every chauffeur holds the required commercial licensing, passes a background check and driving-record review, and completes our service training before taking a single reservation.
Do you offer service for teens (proms) without adults in the car?
Yes, with parent-approved safeguards: a fixed itinerary agreed with parents, a strict no-alcohol policy for underage passengers, and dispatch reachable by parents throughout the night. See our Proms & Graduations page for details.
